I think this should almost be an FAQ by now (Matt, Otto ;). The concensus from previous discussion is that it's almost certainly a reference to Throbbing Gristle, just as "More Songs about Food and Revolutionary Art" is a reference to...(memory fails me)...a Talking Heads record title, maybe?
