both Macho & Peter Jacques band are the same guy(Jacques Fred Petrus)
he actualy did realy well on the funkier front with "Change"(who
still had one more electronic track on their "Glow of Love" album)
i agree about him starting the electronic Italian disco movement
(Fire Night Dance on Goody music is a timeless example) but
you had italian disco as early as 77 (DD Sound,La Bionda etc)
more on the popy side tho

what you have is something that has never been discusd here b4
and should have,it's the ppl that actualy made the money of RTTB
this was 101 - rock to the beat on Kaos. a newbeat remake that came
out in 88 and was HUGE in all the early acid partys ,in fact i know
ppl that still think KS got it of them and not the other way round.
101 are the same ppl that are Lords Of Acid(major problem, moments
in xtc etc) in other words Praga Khan & Jade 4U
while everybody always picks on Tod Terry for stealing of KS ,these
were the real culprits, this record was also released in the us (can't
rmmbr the label),youd be surprised but this usualy gets about $30
in e-bay auctions, since the "Lords" seems to have a cult folowers
(similer to the case of "O FUrtuna"(lough) mainly ppl that were into
EBM/industrial pop sort of thing go for
that is off course the original picture cover version on Kaos with
Jade in one of her sexy pose's to the cam.not the us one
(btw most ppl i know that bought "No Ufo's" originaly were from EBM
background too btw)
Saigon Nightmare were also Jade4u&Praga under a diffrent allias
cant rmmbr at the moment,it was on Kaos too,but not on the same
record ,so what version you have exactly i'm not sure about ;)
but from your description this is the RTTB you have

>Does anyone have any info on the liaisons dangereuse track that Carl Craig
>sampled for "galaxy". Is it still available???
>"Peu Etre Pais", from the Liaisons Dangereuses LP on Roadrunner (1981?).
