Looking at the detroit extended forecast and seeing chances of showers/tstorms on saturday & sunday. I've only been to a couple of the blues & jazz fests & never experienced hart plaza in the rain- i hope this is not going to seriously fudge sh!t up. does anyone know what sort of provisions/precautions have been or can be made for this?
