this disc is amazing! definitely my favorite mix-cd at the moment ("the
button down mind of dan bell" on tresor close second). starts soft and
melodic and builds and builds until i am uncontrollably bobbing my head,
tapping my fingers on my desk, and not getting any work done.
Killer Loop's "Organism" is great (samples Chiapet's "Westworld" on
Yoshitoshi, or maybe the other way around?), but the money track for me is
Nathan Cole's "Plip Plop You Don't Pop!". Super funky, sample heavy, with
lot's of plip's and plop's :). Kinda reminds me of the Kooky Scientist.

i did. the most non-trainspotter of the list, too. in mid-march, after mr.
c gave me a pre-promo copy after his gig here in detroit at motor on tuesday
march 14. posted the track listing, too. love it love it love it.
t. linder actually has possesion of my cd right now. and... i know that ben
cuthbert has a promo copy. reviews, anyone?
track 11 kills me. the derrick carter track makes me dance around the
office. can't wait to really hear these tracks mixed into sets on a BIG
system.
