have to go back in my old fliers. the promoter who threw the party is a
close friend of mine, which is why i have the skinny. i'm sure that oliver
does a wicked live pa - he just didn't this time. <shrugs> it's no big
deal to me, i was just passing along some information. if you forwarded the
previous email to oliver that's perfectly fine with me, and i'm sure that
you will pass this one along as well. i have no problem with that, because
i only post what i know to be the circumstances.
and since you are going to forward this, i'm sure, please let oliver know
that i still have his hat and the invitation to drink jaeger with me anytime
still holds.
now, let me ask you an intelligent question since you have seen oliver live
- how many people does it take to do the live pa? since he does get so into
the vocals and really puts on a show, i would assume it would take at least
2 or 3 people total to do his tracks proper justice. maybe it was too
difficult to pack up all of his gear and take it on the road, especially to
an unknown warehouse venue in detroit? only oliver knows for sure.
my point is simply this - the gig was booked as a live pa to the promoter.
the promoter did not get a live pa - he got a track act to dat. and yes -
it was his brother who came out to detroit with him, i met and talked with
both of them.
finally, there is no need for careless insults. please do a little bit of
homework before calling me a "hip-hop kiddie". i quote "Anyone who's into

i'm really not sure where you got that from, but i'm quite far from being
into hip hop. and i enjoy and embrace all kinds of music - and as i have
previously stated - i WAS looking forward to seeing oliver.

i've ever read. You can get people to back it up all
you want but oliver never even played out there. But
wheather he did or not is beside the point.
Intelligent and forward people know this. He plays
100% live these days. Second who the fuck is detroit
science? LOL Yeah that's what i thought. Absolutely

I invite anyone to see his show. People like bones,
beltram and many many others give him mass respect for
his lively non dat shows. Call sonic groove and ask if
you don't belive me. People know he's 100% fucking
live and wicked. In fact he's probably the best live
p.a. the last 2 years.
Seeing him do mission extacy, one night in n.y.c. and
flesh is the fever etc etc. Is pretty fucking
impressive and he's always got the crowd dancing. It's
rather Impressive. And his parter/brother
alexander(acrosome) uses a jp8080 among other
instruments when oliver is mc'ing. And I know for a
fact he's been helping oliver since a few years ago So
