I am currently working on a dissertation about Detroit culture, including a substantial look at Detroit Techno. Unfortunately, being relatively new to this music, I don't own many Detroit albums. Is there any kind soul out there who lives in the metro Detroit area and has a good record collection who would let me hang out for an afternoon to look at the collection, listen to some key tracks, take notes, ask questions, etc?
