looking for a track that Carl Craig was playing early '99, sounds like a KDJ thing, nagging loop and has spoken vocal sample over the breakdown, sample sounds like Al Pacino from Scarface "First you get the power then you get the women", must have been big at the time, very distinctive track, one of those tracks that once you hear kinda sticks in your head.
