Just saw Claude Young last night and it was off the hook!!! Yes, three exclamation points are necessary. He was working the decks like he was going for the gold at the DMC championship. Elbows, chin, and nose were used to juggle beats and scratch. He flipped the crossfader with his nose several times. The man is like a small town...blink and you miss him! He has to be one of the fastest DJs around. Talking to him afterward he said that Minneapolis was the best town he'd been to so far on his tour (thanks, we're chuffed). Apparently in Houston the crowd wanted to hear trance and just couldn't get what he was doing. I'm very very tired and very happy to have cut short my camping trip to catch this incredibly talented DJ perform. If you ever get the chance, drop what you're doing and go see him. And dance MF's DANCE!
