My point again: Detroit retains a unique musical personality due to its historical development, current radio and live performance scene, record stores, and connections among musicians, song writers, producers, etc. Although you could say that each city or area is somewhat different, it is my observation from experience that Detroit retains some unique qualities that will continue to keep it a vibrant and creative musical place.
