I still have a huge amount of time for Oliver Ho as both DJ and producer. It's not 313 or "techno", but London's MJ Cole is an innovator (interestingly he credits the first two-step tune to Roy Davis Jr). There is a jazzy song on Sincere called I See which is beautiful and singer Elisabeth Troy sounds a little like Kate Bush. I think 313 types would like this album. Amazing blend of influences.
