I heard the track a few times on dutch radio and all these guys did
is sampled one little stab from UR's 'Sonic Destroyer' and played a
completely different tune with it on top of a lame trance track.
Sounds like that come standard on every cheap dance gear and the
producers of this track did not try to cash in on the success of UR's
'Sonic Destroyer'.

Reasons why this is different:

* They didn't just sample 'one little stab', they sampled the whole loop (check the beginning of the track) - yes they then later on re-sequence it into a different tune. If they'd *only* sampled one sound and then re-sequenced it, no-one would probably be any wiser and we wouldn't be talking about this now. But they used the full loop.

* They're not cashing in on the 'success' of _Sonic Destroyer_ because most current dance-music fans wouldn't know about the original so its not like using the loop is referential in any way. What they are doing is cashing in on the *power* of _Sonic Destroyer_. That original loop was the memorable part of the original, it was the loop that stuck in your head, it was recognisable. They're using the heart of _Sonic Destroyer_ and trying to reclaim it as their own.

* They're quite welcome to sample and use things as long as they get clearance - they're a major label, they can afford to do it. Now obviously the problem here is that UR would never allow the sample to be used - so therefore they shouldn't have released the track. End of story.

Some of you guys really need a break, tracks get
sampled everyday.

They do but thats different from artists getting ripped off everyday. The sad fact is that if you played _Sonic Destroyer_ to any non-UR fan now, they'd say "Someone ripped off the _Time to Burn_ track!". Thats wrong in so many ways.
