I wouldn't be surprised. Alexi Delano (A.D.N.Y.) once used an crushed empty
aluminum soda can in a breakdown. Kinda like he had it stuck on his foot and
kept stepping on it. It's on the Something For The Souls ep on Plastic City.

this posting was spawned by two things. two weeks ago at motor in detroit,
pullen spun "beau mot plage" by isolee. i loved it, even though he faded
out
the treble. so i went home and discussed it with my twin brother. we both
have the track on one of dahlbäck's mixes. we both speak swedish, and even
though i consider detroit techno my forte, i love swedish house.
has anyone listened to the jesper dahlbäck cd from the stockholm mix
sessions? i just have a question about an 'instrument'.
if you listen to the first track "with us around" by nordelius & ressle,
there is a strange squeaky sound. my brother said that he realized what the
sound was while sitting in a taco bell one day. does anyone think (or know)
that this is a straw being pulled in and out of a fast food cup? it really
sounds like it, quite humorous.
