What is this? Who is Pre Fade Listening? Anything with Tikiman involved

On the Tikiman tip, i few months ago i bought another 12" with
Tikiman doing the vocals. It's from someone named tarwater and its
titled 'like a miracle/the bridge'. I think the label's name is Soul
Static Sound. It's not CR/BC at all but it's nice if you like tikiman.
