Choosing between an IPhone or Tonium and some new Ortofons, I'd go with the Ortofons ;-)
I've not used either of those gizmos, but my old-man eyes and clumsy fingers would make them both frustrating to use. Plus you'll never drop your mixer and 1200s in the toilet accidentally.
