UR-backcatalog

Does anybody know what happened to the missing numbers in the UR
backcatalog (by which I do not mean #21 "Piranha", which was released, but
later replaced), as well as the missing Axis releases (IIRC,#2&#14?).
Besides, with "every dog has its day" being released, should I still care
for "From the 21st century"? I do not know what tracks from the later are
on "every..." and / or on Axis #21 "lifelike". Is there a (buyable) vinyl
version of "from the 21st..."?
