I can't speak for UR, but I have seen some interesting things happen with USPS when you try to ship international.
I have a promo package for CP01 that I sent to RA in Berlin that went from Austin, Texas, to Switzerland, to Germany, to Spain, back to Austin, and then to Portland, Maine. This trip took two months. The only reason I know this is because I have stamps from the different countries on the cardboard mailer. This was the second package that I sent out, the first one just disappeared completely. This happened twice in a row. It costs about 17-20usd to send a package of records over to Europe from the states. That is just the postage, it doesn't include the cost of the merch itself. That can kill your already thin margins if you do a lot of overseas business and lose a few packages a month. Omar S. has the same disclaimer on his website regarding USPS shipping.
