I just realized a further source of confusion about this subject.

You guys are talking about OAR003. I'm talking about OAR004!

Anyone heard it?

Just heard of this artist recently through a DJ mix from Surgeon.
I'm partial to the B side; diggin' the bassline and the way it slowly unfolds.

Since people are debating this record, and not everyone's heard it:

A side sound like the guy has been listening to Carl Craig (or maybe
Sierra Romeo or East Island -- it has a very Eevolute sound to it).

B side starts out like a dubbed out version of the A side, I'd be more
likely to play this. It's pretty much irresistable -- like the man
knows his UR catalog well -- stonking beat and nice melodic material
that builds over time.
