I got Kevin's recent mix on Defected.
The first CD doesn't move me so much: too much vocal house and
jazzy-leanings for my taste. However, the second CD is really fun and
groovy. It gets me pumped to go out and have some fun. It also makes me
wish I could hear Kevin play in a small to mid-sized club again. I like
him best when he isn't playing in that "main room" style of his last few
mixes.

Surprised no discussion here of Defected's recent Kevin Saunderson In
The House and even November's MK retro House Masters comp? Or did I miss
it? I commend Defected on these, not obvious choices for comps in the
day and age of Guetta, Swedish House Mafia, etc, etc.
Great high profile releases for both DJs.
