Richie owned "Minus 13 Below" and it was torn down due to Chrysler buying
the property to build a new headquarters. It was a small, cozy lounge that
brought in some cool shows. I saw Kevin Saunderson, D Wynn, Pole, Chain
Reaction, Clark Warner, Derrick May and more there. Here's a link to the
