I'm glad there was a response that carries some kind of weight. That article was an outrageous and unjustified slur on Clone, who have been supportive of Drexciya and Detroit techno since the early 90s. It is known that Drexciya, Dopplereffekt and all the offshoots made considered choices when deciding what labels would release their music, Clone was one of them.
It also seems to be calling out Abdul Haqq and his graphic novel, which I had assumed was legit and approved.
