To the ladies and gentlemen of 313: This is Alex at Groovetech. I've been up for about 40 hours straight now so please bear with me, I'm not exactly thinking coherently.
I've read most of your feedbacks and you're coming in loud and clear. I'm not going to try and answer each point, but please please please try to be a little bit patient. We're experiencing a ton more traffic than our servers are designed to handle, hence a lot of the slowness right now. We're working on adding servers at this very minute but hardware installation is not an instant process. >From a usability standpoint the site is very different than the old site and does take some getting used to. When the speed issue is resolved I think you'll find it a lot more powerful and usable than the old site was. If things need to be tweaked, we will be on it - just give it a chance to do what it's been designed to do. And keep the feedbacks coming - it's the only way we know what you're thinking. In regards to the log-in screen - if you don't want to register all you have to do is click on the map. This tells us whether to present you with inventory from the US warehouse or the UK warehouse - that is all. Any other info is entirely voluntary and your decision to give. As a final word - we changed the site because we had to. The old site was beyond maxed out. We tried to make it as simple and intuitive to use as possible. I know you want it to work perfectly, we do too. Thanks, Alex Alex Hillinger ..................... Groovetech
