froze my ass off waiting in line for a few, then got in (~10:45). saw
some guy (?) spin some housey stuff for a while. saunderson went on at
about 11:30 or so spinning some deep, dark tech-house. may (FINALLY)
joined him at about at about 12:30 and they went off on some
really awesome percussive techno.
i decided to check out craig at about 1 (i had heard that craig has a
propensity for house - not exactly my cup of tea). to my pleasant
surprise he was dropping some phat techno! when i entered he was playing
christian vogel's whipaspank (techno with a bassline!). then he played
electric deluxe (yay!). then he he played french kiss. sweet.
then it all went to hell.
at about 1:30, apparently a power line went down out back and all
music stopped. game over :( .
i feel cheated. where's my 4 hour tag-team? oh well. it was good
while it lasted. $25 bucks? i don't think so. . .can i get a rain check?
