I know that Mills originally had the idea for the "Every Dog Has Its Day" project over five years ago, as he asked Rob Hood to put in some songs for it at about that time. I beleive the project was waylayed when purposemaker took off. I don't think Rob yeilded any time towards "Every Dog Has Its Day."
