I think it does not compare at all. The Tokyo album is a registration of
a Jeff Mills DJ set, straight up, in-yer-face, banging techno.
Everything is there: the mixing, the speed and all those stomping tracks
that make a difference.

"From the 21st" is an album which was only released in Japan if I
recall correctly. No real stomping techno here, but the entire content
of the album could be described as more abstract. If you liked "The
Other Day", "The Art Of Connecting" or "Metropolis" this would be a good
buy.
