Here's what might be a good question that hopefully won't go too far astray: How do you bring 313 to an area that doesn't yet appreciate techno? I was lucky enough to help with an unofficial Detroit education project in Iowa City, and hope to embark on a similar mission in Maryland/DC/Virginia. I know it's a long slow process and I'm ready. Some of the seeds are already planted. I'm convinced it's just a matter of finding a way to provide it to a small, interested audience, and then spreading out from there. Thoughts?
I don't know if this is too much in the DJ-only area, sliding into promotion, so maybe if there are any helpful souls out there you should reply in private.
