Jeff Mills 'Metropolis' soundtrack is a masterpiece. Other releases this year that we all have been privileged to have been in the ears of such musical masters> Jeff Mills - Every Dog Has Its Day Vol 1 & 2 (Axis) Aztec Mystic - Jaguar remixes on 430 West and UR V/A - Clicks & Cuts (Mille Plateaux) V/A - Neurokinetic (Toytronic) V/A - Staedtizism (~scape) Vladislav Delay/ Luomo releases on Force Inc. / Force Tracks and Mille Plateaux Pub - Summer and the remixes (Vertical Form) Farben - Live at the Sahara Tahoe (Klang)Salz 1-4 (Salz) all releases Lowtec - 10 strikes to 2001 (Out To Lunch) Arovane - Atol Scrap (DIN) V/A - Do you see? (Focus) Aphelion - Zungzwang (Defocus) CiM - Reference (Defocus) CiM - Service Pack (Delsin) ...and just about any other CiM track released this year ...you'll have to love me for this Simon ;). ...In no particular order since I'm no believer of Top 10 or Charts, just good releases.
