howdy folks recent posts about early chicago / detroit made me dig out some old chicago stuff like 'let the music move you' (nightwriters?) & nitro deluxe 'on a mission'. truly wonderful stuff and yeah i always thought that the early d techno had a lot in common with this kind of stuff, eerie, sorta dubby, primitive.
anyway ... i know there is a bit more of this that i have on this one old 'house sound of chicago' lp...anyone know if there are any good cd comps of this stuff? thanx. p-d
