The whole damn album is off the hook, I can assure you! It's much better than Homework (more diverse) and One More Time is atypical. The point of One More Time was to bridge albums and it was meant to be more celebratory than innovative, so M Bangalter says. It sounds like they had fun making it and there really isn't a bad track on there. One More Time starts the album and it sounds great in context. It's one of the most credible big name/major label dance albums I have heard.
