For those in the Detroit area, check out Liz Copeland/Clark Warner (M-Nus) on WDET tonight at midnight for some long deserved props to YMO re: the roots of various streams of electronic music. They'll feature a lot of solo stuff by Hosono, Sakamoto and Takahashi as well as YMO fare. Should be fun.
