I know it's an old PA Presents track that was getting a lot of play in 1995, but I don't know any of the details (label, EP/track name, etc - the track itself may actually be called PA Presents, but I'm not 100% certain of this).
It has a single repeating (piano?) chord hammering away over a drum track, and a high pitched analog sound that comes in about halfway through and oscillates a bit before hitting a really high pitch and holding there. I've been wanting to track this down for years... Thanks in advance!
