there's been a lot of talk about titonton duvante (and his brilliant musical
output - techno and what not), but what about other members of this 'broken
beat' scene?
labels such as laws of motion, people, bittasweet .... are they considered
to be part of it? are those great germans, the jazzanova crew, lumped into
this pigeon-hole as well?
i'm probably very wrong in saying this, but they (and the compost label)
appeared to be the first in propagating this 'sound'.
they deserve their props, if i'm right. if not, i stand to be corrected.
