Actually, DeepChord will be "coming out" in the June issue of Vogue. They
are doing cross promotion with Karl Lagerfeld to promote his new "berlin
dub" summer line, expect minimal, repetitive patterns, a lot of grays and
blacks, and fuzzy, amorphous lines. They will also be promoting the new DC
designer jalapeno cheese spread.
All dairy products used are produced on the deepchord dairy ranch, and all
cows were personally milked by Wurtel, Techniker and IMAX. You bought the
records for their rich, deep flavor, and smooth textures, now you can buy
their cheese spread for exactly the same reason.
DC is also working with T.C electronics to develop a 2 rack-space white
noise hiss-ifier. It is going to utilize a physically-modeled dsp algorithm
based on the early 30's german telefunken radio receiver and the odd power
surges and line hum that come from the outdated electrical grid that powers
their studio in a remote dairy farm in the Wisconsin wilderness.
Expect a the Hiss-ifier as a VST effects plug-in in the 4th quarter. Deep
Chord and TC electronics will have a 2 page spread with trashy broads in
bikini's in the November issues of Keyboard and Future-Music.
take care,
Mike
