rampe d is a berlin based label, run by tresor dj's dash and dry. they have a website (www.rampe-d.de ) but for the moment only in german. i haven't paid that much attention on their releases, but if i remember right they release minimal techno in the vein of stewart walker etc. (who also did a remix on one of the releases)
