If you look carefully at the very first page of the site, it says 'DJ compilation mixes' :) And further investigation through the message boards will uncover messages from people who work there that back that up. They are trying to showcase the songs and song selection more than DJ technique or something. As I mentioned, I read there that Tenaglia mixes his own CDs and I would tend to believe that because you can hear the human quality to the mixing (unlike, say, the Danny Howells disc).
