Elliot, Dou you mean Detroit Metro or Detroit City airport? Metro is about 40-50 minutes away while Detroit city airport, as Kylke stated, is about 15 minutes away...
The cost from City is about 15-25 bucks and from Metro will be atleast 40 bucks probably more... I took a cab home from downtown to my house in Redfor (20 minute drive) and the cab fare was 35 bucks.
