Yes, but it's about $25-$30 CDN / $15-20 USD each way, depending on where you're going and how much they charge as a "crossing fee" (usually around $16 CDN/$12 USD). If money is an issue, there's the tunnel bus, which has routes from the big casino all the way to the university, and costs just a few bucks.
