Larry Heard was bangin' the BOXX, dude!!! Deep, hard, funky Chicago styled house! Yeah, it was hot as hell in there, and totally packed out. People were jackin', jumping up and down, sweating, screaming, etc... the way it should be! After Larry played, KDJ manned the decks and was just dropping some of the most twisted, evil Detroit house sh*t; much of which was Theo and his' stuff. Then he got into some ill classix like Martin Circus and Adonis "No Way Back". To sum it up: totally INSANE! Unfortunately, I never got a chance to hear Theo play. Can anyone comment on his set? I'm really curious! There were so many other parties going on that night that I would have loved to go to, but man, seeing Mr. Fingers jack the house like that was worth the sacrafice to me.
