Hey folks. I imagine, like myself, that most 313'ers out there do not
have limitless finances to spend on the music that we cherish. As a result,
we place a great deal of effort in finding out as much information about a
new release as we can. I just felt that I would offer some information to
those of you who have had there eye on the 10.100 compilation and the
Detroit producers who grace its' trax. I recently purchased the vinyl
edition of the 10.100 compilation [PF100LP]. Much to my disappointment, I
found that there are tracks listed on the box set that are not present on
the actual compilation.

The majority of e-merchants that I checked with list the comp. as
containing 5 LP's and twenty-three trax. This is not so. The vinyl edition
actually consists of 4 LP's and sixteen trax. The missing trax are as
follows:
             stasis - moody ol teacher
             luke slater - inductive channels
             moodymann - mahogany brown
glenn underground - enetercourse of the new age
placid angles - everything under the sun
             ian o'brien - midday sunshine

The remainder of the trax is well worth the price of the comp. I checked
with the merchant and we went through several copies of the Peacefrog issue.
All of them listed twenty-three trax but only had sixteen [4 LP's]. I hope
this info is useful to you. Please don't let this message dissuade you from
acquiring this work. There is some fantastic material on this vinyl
compilation. I am not sure how the CD version measures up. Probably it has
all the tracks listed. Thank you.
  LRH
