i really don't think FinalScratch is the next level. until it can do things that normal turntables and a mixer can't do, then it hasn't really done anything except make it a little more convenient on the current level. PG> It's made getting your hands on music a lot easier and that in itself is going to revolutionize the music industry (not this particular product per se)! It's no longer about going down to the record shop and looking through bins, instead you'll go to a labels web site and download their newest cut. No pressing time, delivery, running out of stock, ... Staying underground by only allowing those in the know to access the latest and greatest, just like record pools today. Take for example the new cuts that monolake puts up on his website, that are unreleased on vinyl/cd, you won't hear many vinyl dj's playing that out... Hassle free music distribution and low to no distribution costs. Money goes right to the artist, the real issue becomes marketing and copy protection. -pete --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
