Just to reiterate, I strongly suggest checking Hosono's SFX and Philharmony
as well as Technodelic and Technodon - the lattter is quite a brilliant
record and largely overlooked except by the most rabid fans...perhaps
because it's quite hard to find.

along the lines of the first album is also Ryuichi Sakamoto's first solo
lp "thousand knives"
"solid state survivor" is also a great one.pretty much a follow up.
Ryuichi Sakamoto's "B2-Unit" is the best.
