hey all whilst flicking thru the dusty racks of the local record finder (and I mean dusty, 90% of the stuff is from more than 30 years ago) I picked up this whitelabel it has "hi-bias recordings" and an address in canada stamped on both sides... the name of the track is the dance by balance, which is written in pen the track itself is rather reminiscent of blaze with atmospheric pads and piano and a spoken word narrative.. there are four mixes in all with one having a bit much sax and sounding too 80s for my taste. I hope someone can supply some more info about this label and perhaps also the artist, the tune sounds like it was done in about 1990 or thereabouts... thanx
