I don´t know why they did it, but one thing is sure: TMT-01, TMT-02 and MS-19 & MS-20 will never get a repress... You can get any transmat record nowadays, except for those four released thru R&S.. (and I hate it) Is the R&S label still running? It´s a long time I heard from them..
