So buy two copies because the money will help support the Theo Parrish
defense fund.

[don't know if this got through the first time so i'm sending it again]
ryan:

dan:
>What's on the cover/title of this CD? ... I'd like to check it out myself.

the cd in question is: 'these days & times' part 2 [by theo parrish]

and as marsel allready stated, it's not to be released [that's basically
what jill scott says herself. on the cd you can hear her leave a message on

theo's answering machine.] what i think happened is this: theo either was
asked to do a remix, that got rejected. or had done one just for himself,
and decided to send it to jill scott/her record company for aproval, [and
maybe release it himself] and that got rejected. any way, theo can now
release it anyway, but chances are in this case, that hidden beach [jill's
record company] is going to sue him! [they know who's remix it is, and he
knows he's not allowed to release it, so if he does, the record company has

to do something, otherwise they'll be sending out a signal that you can do
with her material whatever you want, which will harm jill's interests.]

side-note: on the sampler for jill's new album there's a remix of one of
the
songs off 'who is jill scott', i've also heard a drum 'n bass track that
use
one of her songs, and i've seen a house-cover of one of her songs on tmf
[dutch mtv] the last couple of days, all of those are [imho] utter crap! so

why theo' remix is not given the green light, and those have is beyond me.
