Interesting to see if they can get anyone to do sound, since they
apparently haven't paid the bill yet for the last two years. Not
to mention all the artist reimbursements that slipped their minds.
I'm very curious as to why the media has not menchened this?
maybe the city should hire a cpa? see where the money for the artist has
gone.
