When Henke performed at Detroit Contemporary last summer, he had only a
bare black light hanging precisely like that one is - over his head. Maybe
that's what it is.

fluorescent) is in the first picture on this page? It's that tube like
thing. I'm interested in getting something like this myself. Small,
compact, portable, that gives off a weird/cold blue light (enough to read
by) - preferably battery opp. (or rechargeable that keeps a charge for a
least 3-4 hours) and is somewhat energy efficient. Prefer that it's
available in the US (fat chance?) but will pay for international shipping
if need be.
