Yep.  That's one of my favorite Detroit "albums" that really hangs together as 
a unified piece of art, not just a collection of tracks or singles.  It GOES 
someplace as you play it.  Shake also has a production credit on 1 or 2 of 
those tracks I think. (or on an Urban Tribe 12" on Mo Wax)    

I put "Collapse of Modern Culture" along with some other Urban Tribe singles on 
a MiniDisc right when I got it, for a trip I was taking.  Now I have to have it 
with me whenever I fly, it's perfect for that.  It's moody and calm yet 
experimental enough and truly funky.  Like when you're wandering, semi-detached 
with headphones on through a new airport, feeling moody, or looking out a 
window down at city grids at night from 30,000 ft.   That track "Low Berth" is 
perfect for a 777 banking through sunset-lit clouds on a descent into <insert 
your favorite international airport code here>.
