the "static" EP is mildly characteristic of my sound.. actually I think of it as a beginning to a departure of new sounds. As one of the tracks was done in 1993 and recorded to reel to reel, and then cleaned up digitally. "connect" is idea that was started and will be picked up again for my album on the Background house sub-label, A Touch of Class.
Most people would "know" me for my minimal bleep techno.. think DBX, Robert Hood, old Relief, and Studio One.. arrangement consisted of drums [909, 808, RZ1, CR78, or homemade sounds], a sub bass line, and usually a DX100 or SH101 (FM or analogue synth) as the "main line". I flirted with some vocal samples, etc. I've also done a series of melodic tech / house tracks.. abstract IDM, dark electro, and now I don't know what to call it. dark, experimental house? It's not quite there but I guess it's a good thing.. I have a discography here: http://www.scalestudio.com/sound/sines/ I'll try to keep things more up-to-date in the future. ;> +odd -- Todd Sines icq: 11117580 SCALE:form | image | sound http://www.scalestudio.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
