the later a.r.t comps were licensed to new electronica - but before that
there was 'the philosophy of sound and machine' a.r.t/rephlex.. if memory
serves me right (i'm getting old) those new electronica comps (global
technological innovations, etc) were put together by dave crawley from
fatcat (heaven in those days)..
don't forget 'virtual sex' on buzz either - really important comp in it's
own way 'cause it featured detroit and uk artists (and i still wear the 3-d
glasses).. 'intergalactic beats' on planet-e and 'agenda 21' on eevolute
too.. they all made the link to detroit pretty strong in the early days of
idm.. probably good they went their seperate ways mind ;)
