I received this from dmz:Outpost Uncorporated:Juice Records ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks to Wibo Lammerts for bringing the name of Juice Records back to 313 & thanks to Dave Barnett for passing this message on to the list.
"..Juice Records remain's out of view from near all of Autralia's dance music hype. We remain 100% dedicated to ideals such as the Revolution for Change, in my eye's still the greatest movement of musical freedom. As for artists that appeared on the Juice label, DJ HMC has taken time off from DJ'ing. He is producing music and keeping a very low profile. Theo, who went on to run Dirty House Records has moved to London, Dirty House Records will not have any releases for the foreseeable future & Paddee works for Australia's defence department. He is a very intelligent young man. Juice Records has had few releases in recent years, as I have opted to pursue my live ambitions. We host underground events here in Adelaide that still get the small dedicated crowd of techno and experimental music enthusiasts. We have a developed live music element to our events, something I find far more encouraging than an International act that brings a crate of records plays bland sh*t, earns my yearly income in a few hours and splits the next morning. If that is what Techno music is, then we are something else... Juice Records is currently in the early stages of development with DCE Records for a music business publishing system. We aim to revolutionise independent music business for the individual. Let me assure you Juice Records remain's Australia deepest of underground music operations. Publicity of underground music is irrelevant if you are true to a cause. Considering recent years activities, we are something probably very different to what people originally perceived us to be..." dmz:Outpost Uncorporated:Juice Records [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
