I think it's New Soul Fusion - Prelude (Soma Quality Recordings Volume 4, 1997.) If I'm mistaken it might be that the above samples the version you provide which might be the original, but that riff/loop is unmistakable. You can verify this yourself by listening to Mix-Up Vol. 5 'The Mayday Mix' CD (Sony) AKA as 'The May Day Mix' (MoS). k
